Customer service points closed temporarily in December and during closure customers were able to continue making cash and cheque payments for council services via the Post Office or by using PayPoint or AllPay facilities. These alternative options continue to be in place for customers wishing to make cash or cheque payments in any area.

Aberdeenshire Council’s Head of Customer & Digital Services, Kate Bond, said

We’re very pleased to be reopening our Service Points and would like to thank our customers for their patience and understanding while they were closed.

Social distancing measures will be in place at all our venues, and in the case of Ellon appointments must be made in advance, but more than anything we are looking forward to welcoming people back.
