Views sought on updated scheme for community councils

Views are being sought on updates to a document that guides how community councils are established and operate in Aberdeenshire.

The Scheme for The Establishment of Community Councils has been updated to make it easier to keep guidance up to date and to provide clarity and flexibility to various sections of the document.

Comments are being sought on the proposed changes before the document is finalised later this year.

Details of the changes can be found in the online consultation which can be accessed below.
