Drugs with a street value of £1,100 seized during a drugs raid in Turriff

Drugs with an estimated street value of £1100 were seized after police executed a search warrant at a property on Woodlands Crescent in Turriff on Thursday afternoon.

Neighbours in Woodlands Crescent reported that four police vehicles were seen at the property.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said

Officers executed a drugs search warrant within a property on Woodlands Crescent, Turriff, around 4.50 pm on Thursday, 19 November.

A quantity of what is believed to be a Class B drug with an estimated street value of £1,100 was found. A man and woman, both aged 34, were arrested in connection with the incident and released pending further enquiries.
