Important information from Turriff Medical Practice

Important information about Turriff Medical Practice and how it will be operating during the Coronavirus pandemic.

We continue with the changes in line with Scottish Government recommendations to manage the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our priority is to keep you safe, therefore you will notice changes to your usual service.

Please do not come into the Health Centre unless you have been instructed to do so by a member of the Practice team. Otherwise please make contact with the practice by telephone. 0345 337 6320

Please do not order your medication early we must try to maintain stock of medicines for everyone. All prescription requests should be by telephone or online and should be collected from the community pharmacies rather than the health centre. Please allow at least 3 working day before attending your nominated pharmacy to collect your medication and do so after 3 pm

If you think you have symptoms of COVID-19 such as a new persistent cough or fever then check the NHS inform for details of self-isolation, vulnerable groups and when you should contact the Health Centre by telephone.

Due to the evolving nature of COVID-19, we expect that there will be ongoing further disruption to routine care and non-urgent care. We appreciate your support and understanding in keeping you safe at this time.
