Activities include

  • a walking netball match
  • a visit from Wheelie Fun, who will bring their go-karts and Segways
  • midnight football
  • a 90s-themed step class
  • finishing off with a family disco on Saturday 26 and a tea party on Sun 27

Turriff Community Leisure Officer, Stuart Grant, said

We’re really excited to celebrate this landmark occasion with the community and hope this programme offers something for everyone. We would also love to hear from anyone who has views on how we can improve our programme in future to ensure we continue to deliver a service which is valuable and relevant to our community.

The sports centre is currently trialling a new membership aimed at getting under-16s active over the October holidays. At only £12 for 14 days, it provides unlimited access to any casual session at both the sports centre and the swimming pool.

Most activities for the 25-year celebration at the end of the month can now be booked, to get involved please call Turriff Sports Centre on 01888 530860 or see the Turriff Sports Centre & Swimming Pool Facebook page.
