TPS Fruit and Veg Ltd are looking to recruit a Sales Representative to further develop new business and maintain their existing customer base throughout the North East.
It is essential that the candidate have sales experience preferably with-in the food industry.
The position is full time. You will be integrated into a small dedicated sales team, meeting weekly to set and report on business plans.
- Working with-in the team to develop and implement sales strategies, setting plans to target potential and existing customers.
- Action and report on follow up points from the weekly Sales meeting.
- Reviewing sales history within van runs to maximise van deliveries.
- Making appointments to meet new and existing customers.
- Through contact either by person or by telephone, understand the customer needs, reporting back through the Sales Meeting.
- Through analysis report sales trends and competitors produce offers.
The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate with people at all levels; reporting performance and negotiating with a broad range of customers.
