Police vehicle involved in collision on A947 near Turriff

Police Scotland is reporting that one of its police vans was involved in a collision with another vehicle today, 14 August, on the A947 Turriff to Banff Road at around 8.40am.

The police van travelling towards Banff was in collision with a white Vauxhall Astra south of King Edward.

There were no serious injuries.

The 26-year-old driver of the white Vauxhall Astra will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal.
