Aberdeenshire Council are looking for relief school crossing patrollers based at Markethill Primary School.
This role would be ideal for someone who is retired or would like to earn an extra income on a casual basis.
You would need to be available to assist at designated crossing points in Turriff before and after school hours during term time to ensure that children walking to and from school can cross the road safely.
You should have good visual ability and be able to judge speed of oncoming vehicles. As well as having the ability to work on own initiative you should also be able to communicate well with children.
Full training is provided and a uniform supplied.
The salary is £7.65 an hour and you would work on an ‘as required’ basis each week.
