The Queen’s Baton Relay will be visiting Turriff on Sunday 29 June as it passes through Aberdeenshire on its way to Glasgow for the opening ceremony on 23 July.
Aberdeenshire Council are looking for volunteer marshals to assist as the baton passes through Turriff. Volunteering for a few hours on the day the Queen’s Baton Relay comes in to Turriff is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the baton’s journey to the Commonwealth Games and celebrate the achievements of your local baton bearers.
